    Resurgent Entertainment, LLC is currently working with Red Stick Studios, LLC to populate an ongoing Entertainment Fund.  The purpose of
    this mechanism is to provide funding for values-based motion pictures to be co-financed and co-produced with several of Resurgent's strategic
    allies.  Resurgent looks for this fund to close in late 2008!  Stay tuned for future announcements.
